All Seasons Psychiatry exists to provide hopeful and empathetic psychiatric care in a safe, supportive and mindful space.
The primary purpose of this practice is to evaluate psychiatric diagnoses and provide medication treatment options. I also incorporate therapy themes from DBT, CBT, solution focused, Enneagram and IFS theories.
It is my hope that…
Clients feel heard and respected in a safe and therapeutic environment.
Clients receive education and evidence based recommendations that address their concerns.
Clients gain insight and understanding about their diagnosis/es and treatment options.
Clients find healing and resilience in the midst of trauma.
Clients are empowered to take medications to optimize their mental and emotional health.
Clients achieve their goals and live more fulfilled lives.
Jessica Reiss PMHNP-BC, FNPc (she/her)
I have been working in healthcare for over 25 years. After graduating college with a BSN in 2000, I worked as an RN in a surgical ICU. In 2007, I became a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). I worked in many different settings for over 15 yrs, including community health, primary care and urgent cares.
During COVID, I obtained my post-graduate psychiatric degree and graduated in 2021. As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I am honored to work with people as they optimize their mental health. I love spending quality time with clients . I am passionate about helping people make improvements in their personal lives, as well as how they relate to their families, friends and co-workers.
As a PMHNP, my primary focus is psychiatric diagnosis and medication management. I also incorporate my background as a medical provider and seek ways to optimize clients holistically. Appointments often include brief therapy that reflect themes from DBT, CBT, solution focused, Enneagram and IFS models.
